Our dryer kept showing an air flow code and it wasn’t drying our clothing very well. I got on Home Advisor on Sunday morning. I chose this pro and received a call immediately. When I spoke to the gentleman and explained my problem, he quoted a price and at first said he could make it to me on Tuesday. I was hesitant to hire him because my laundry was backed up and no one would be home on Tuesday. I really needed someone to come on Monday so that my housekeeper could let him in the house. He asked me if Tuesday would work and I said that I really need to dry my clothes. To my surprise and delight, he told me he could come the same day — A Sunday — no extra charge! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that! He came on time and was courteous! He explained the problem, fixed it, and replaced an outdoor vent cover. I will definitely use this pro in the future! One said we have to replace the vent charged us $50 and left since we would not spend $450. The other firm brought out a shop vacuum and that did nothing and charged us $90.
